Refund policy
At Resin Pepper we always work with a passion to ensure our products are selected or made and packed with care to deliver a product that we hope you'll love, but should you change your mind you have 14 days to return your item(s) for a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in their original packaging.
Please note you will be responsible for returning your order.
Returns policy: here's how it works:
- Simply email us to let us know you’d like to return your item(s)
- Please send back your order using a recognised courier and keep a note of the tracking number.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging they came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition as received.
- Once we receive your returned order, we will replace it or arrange a refund.
- We process all refunds within 10 working days

At Resin Pepper we are always evaluating and improving our products and services, so we really value all feedback – good or bad. If for any reason your experience hasn't been as you would have expected, please get in touch by emailing info@resinpepper.co.uk so we can make improvements next time.
We aim to respond to complaints within a maximum of 5 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and show this on your statement.
